Refund policy
Thank you for shopping with The SCLA. From the day you receive your item(s), we offer a 14 day return period. To be eligible for a return your item must be unused and the same condition you received it in. All items must be in the original packaging.
Please Note: any personalized items are non-refundable.
To start the refund process, send an email to membership@thescla.org. Please include your order number in the email, as well as a brief description of why you are returning the item. Attach pictures to the email if necessary. Upon response, you will be provided with a return address for the package.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We suggest using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We do not guarantee we will receive your returned item.
